Interbranch Team 2018-2019

Nomination Form for Interbranch team

A team of 40 members plus management is selected every year to represent Sydney Northern Beaches Branch at the NSW Interstate Championships.
As per the competition rules for the Interbranch Championships, set by SLSNSW, the composition of the team is limited to the following male and female age groups:
  • Juniors U/12’s to U/15’s
  • Youth U/17’s
  • Open U/19’s & Opens
Juniors U/12’s – U/15’s: 2 x Water competitors and 1 x Beach competitor to be selected per age group per gender.
Youth U/17’s: 3 x Water competitors and 1 x Beach competitor to be selected per gender.
Opens: 3 x Water competitors and 1 x Beach competitor to be selected per gender with a minimum of 1 x U/19 competitor per gender.
Note: There will be a Boat event held separate to the above events. This will consist of 40 members plus management. Competition for Male and Female teams will be held in the following categories – Opens, Reserves, U23, U19.

HP and Interbranch Team Nomination
Applications will be called for in the coming months for the HP and Interbranch teams.
High Performance squads are only for U12 - U15 competitors.

Interbranch team consists of U12 - Open competitors.

Please be aware that there is a $200 levy for all Water/Beach Interbranch Team members and $70 for Boat Interbranch team members to assist in covering the costs involved in attending the event, including transport, accommodation, food, uniform, entry fees etc.
